OUTREACH EVENTS INFORMATION
The Small Business Administration's Office of Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Certification and Eligibility will be conducting briefings around the country to businesses and Federal procurement-related officials regarding the Administration's new procurement reforms and requirements as they relate to small disadvantaged business. The briefings are designed to inform and educate SDBs to ensure their equitable consideration in the federal procurement process.
If your business strategy includes Federal government contracting as a prime contractor or a subcontractor, then we encourage you to attend the briefing nearest you. Under the direction of Richard Hayes, Associate Deputy Administrator for Government Contracting and Minority Enterprise Development, the briefings will provide you an excellent opportunity to learn about the new Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Program and to understand and apply the benefits of SDB certification.
